The central pendant is made of a semi-precious purple stone cut into 5 petals and has a purple gem mounted in the middle.  The necklace also has a rhinestone decorated skull & crossbones pendant, a silver crown pendant, a gold distressed heart with a fleur de lis, a comedy & tragedy mask charm, a purple crystal covered 3D heart charm,  a topaz crystal, a green crystal, and 2 geodesic balls covered in iridescent crystals ( one topaz & one green).
